• Assorted Spring Greens Tossed with a Pear-Infused white Balsamic Vinaigrette and Topped with Toasted Almonds and Dried Cherries, French Rolls & Butter

Entrees are pre-ordered prior to show date

• Herb crusted and grilled Tenderloin of beef with sauce au poivre
• Fresh parmesan encrusted tilapia with a caper buerre blanc
• Roast duck confit with a dried cherry demi-glace
• Penne Pasta with a tomato-vodka sauce, roasted peppers and artichoke hearts with shaved parmesan cheese

Meals are accompanied with:

• Garlic redskin mashed potato and parmesan baked tomato
• Chocolate mousse pie
• All meals include Fresh Brewed Coffee and Hot Tea
